The head casting from Hyundai is terrible! You’re losing power all over the place due to issues in the manufacturing and casting process.
We fix these issues to improve their airflow within the head both on the intake ports as well as the exhaust ports meaning you get more air in and more exhaust out per revolution which results in more power.
Head work is expensive! After a port & polish, you need to replace the valve guides, valve seals and get a valve job at a minimum. It’s recommended that you get the head(s) decked to ensure flatness. This is an additional cost.
If you want a full build with lightweight components and/or over-sized valves, we will port and polish the head(s) and then send them to MT Motorsports for the build process.
